Terms & Conditions mpored – Malaysia Betting Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and mpored ("Platform", "We", "mpored"), governing your access to and use of the mpored online betting platform, accessible via mpored.ws and its related mobile applications.

By clicking "Register", "Agree", or by accessing and using any part of the mpored platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document.
• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• You are using this platform solely for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You understand that betting activities involve the risk of financial loss.

To register and use the mpored platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age. mpored will not be held responsible if false age information is provided, but any account found to belong to a minor will be terminated immediately and the account balance forfeited.
• One Account: Each individual may only hold one active account on mpored. Registering a second, third, or additional account is a serious violation.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including full name, identification number, email address, and phone number — must be accurate, current, and truthful.
• KYC Verification: mpored reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Location of Use: Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the mpored platform complies with the laws applicable in their location.

Registering with mpored is free of charge. No registration fee applies. Please ensure your account password is strong and unique — mpored recommends a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

You are solely responsible for keeping your mpored account login credentials secure. This includes your username, password, and any associated two-factor authentication (2FA) codes.

• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account when using a public or shared device.
• Notify mpored immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Mpored will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any unofficial channel.
• All activity carried out through your account login is considered your own action, unless you have previously reported a loss of access to us.

Mpored supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods to make depositing convenient for all members. All transactions are processed in MYR.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• All deposits must originate from an account or e-wallet registered in the same mpored member's name.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted and will be returned after deducting any applicable processing fees.
• Mpored reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit deemed to require further verification.
• Any service fees charged by the payment provider, where applicable, are the member's responsibility.

Withdrawals from your mpored account are subject to the following conditions. mpored is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently.

• Identity Verification: Your first withdrawal requires full identity verification (KYC) before it can be processed. Please provide a copy of your valid MyKad or passport.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for all payment methods.
• Daily Limit: The standard withdrawal limit is RM10,000 per day. VIP members are entitled to higher limits based on their membership tier.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 am–6 pm). Withdrawals submitted outside office hours will be processed on the next business day.
• Same Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by mpored.
• Rollover Requirement: Funds received through bonuses or promotions must meet the stipulated rollover requirement before a withdrawal is permitted.

Mpored offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members who register and make their first deposit. Rollover requirements, minimum bet amounts, and bonus validity periods are stated in the respective promotion terms.
• Deposit Bonus: Percentage deposit bonuses offered from time to time are subject to the stated rollover requirements (typically between 3x and 10x the bonus amount).
• Cashback: Weekly or monthly cashback programme for active members based on net losses. Cashback rates vary by VIP tier.
• VIP Rewards: Members enrolled in the mpored VIP programme enjoy exclusive benefits including higher withdrawal limits, enhanced cashback and a dedicated personal account manager.
• Bonus Abuse Policy: Any member found abusing the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will have their account terminated and all balances forfeited.

Mpored reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. mpored's decisions regarding bonus eligibility are final.

All wagering activity on the mpored platform — whether slots, Live Casino, football, e-sports or any other game — is subject to the following general rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except under circumstances specifically stated (e.g., a football match is cancelled before kick-off).
• All football bets covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, UCL, and other leagues are subject to mpored's separate bet settlement rules.
• Esports betting on CS2, Dota 2, Mobile Legends Bang Bang (MPL), Valorant, and other titles is subject to the specific rules of each game.
• Mpored reserves the right to void or correct any bet resulting from a technical error, incorrect odds, or inaccurate information.
• The use of automated software (bots), arbitrage techniques, or any method deemed unfair by mpored is strictly prohibited.
• Mpored uses an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for all slots and table games. Results are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

Mpored genuinely cares about the well-being of our members. We believe betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of stress or financial hardship.

• Deposit Limit: Members may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in their account settings. Requests to increase a limit take 7 days to take effect; decreases apply immediately.
• Session Time Limit: You can set a maximum play time limit and will be notified when you are approaching that limit.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Members may self-exclude from the platform for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, or 6 months.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to stop playing permanently may request a full account closure. This request cannot be reversed.

Mpored reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Fraud, misrepresentation of information, or criminal activity involving the mpored platform.
• Registering multiple accounts or abusing bonuses and promotions.
• Access by minors (under 18 years of age).
• Suspected money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Use of bots, arbitrage techniques, or other unfair methods.

Members who close their account voluntarily (not due to a violation) will receive their valid account balance, less any bonus amounts that have not met the rollover requirements, within 7 business days.

Mpored shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
• Internet connection failures, device issues, or technical problems on the user's end.
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the user's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Financial losses from betting activity — betting carries risks that are fully accepted by the member.
• Decisions or amendments to terms made at mpored's discretion as permitted under these terms.

Mpored's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made, excluding winnings.

Mpored reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time by providing reasonable notice to members via:

• Notice displayed on the mpored platform homepage.
• In-app notifications on the mpored mobile app.
• Email to the address registered to the member's account.

Amendments will take effect within 7 days of notice being given, unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the mpored platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.
